“This stuff is brilliant - it really works!! I am a Driving Instructor with a 30 month old diesel Corsa with 67000 miles on the clock. A lot of my journeys are with learner students and as such are very short stop / start. After putting Cataclean into my fuel tank I noticed an almost immediate difference -the car was much more responsive; only using it a couple of weeks but I reckon I'm also getting a few extra miles per gallon. Would highly recommend it."
“This stuff works...my car is nearing 1/4 million miles and the poor thing has no good pull left in it but after the first bottle there was an increased performance so got a second one and now the car does have a noticeable increase in power... alright I know I wont get the car running like new but this stuff does bring back some of the oomph that I've missed over the years”
“My micra had a warning light for on the engine. It was cutting out at the light, using to much fule and very under powered . Went on the net for advice and could be the cat blocked or valves sticking or the Sensors are dirty...maby ??? Trying the cheap easy fix fist so got cataclean well you never know it might help. It says on the bottle add to 4-5 gallons 1/4 tank, drive for 10 to 15 mins and you should feel the difference and then you may need to reset the engine mangerment a few times get that warning light to go out. After driving did not feel much difference to a cheaper fule cleaner, so to give it a chance drove without refuling till i hit the red. The car sounded different tick over was slower and driving was smooth . I disconnected the batery to reset the engine computer then give it a min put it back to gether . The warning light went out first time . I was more that a bit surprised it worked first bottle first time.”
“Having problem with engine management light coming on & car seemed to be running rough. saw this advertised & it had good reviews so thought it was worth giving it a try before paying through the nose at a garage. Added it to tank as instructed, disconnected battery then reconnected to remove fault light. drove about 40 miles before re-fueling all as instructed and that was about a month ago and have never seen the light since. Getting around 4 MPG better than before and the car is running like the day I drove it out of the showroom 6 years ago.”
“I have a 2005 SAAB Vector Sport Estate 2.2TID I had a problem with the engine management light coming on. the garage put it down to the EGR valve it cost £500 to get a new one fitted. The light still came on the garage said it was the exhaust gas pressure sensor and it would cost £200. I looked on the internet and read about the Cataclean and thought I would give it a try. it was like magic no more light and also an increase in MPG, before I was getting 28/30 local and 35/38 long run, now its 35/38 local and 45/47 on a long run. I will be useing this product again and would recommend its use”
“I took my car to the garage and was told I needed a new catalytic converter - which was probably due to my running the car on very old petrol. The car was running really rough so there was definitely a problem with it, and the lambda sensors were illuminated (these are the ones which tell you the fuel/oxygen mixture settings are wrong, or more likely, you get that reading if the sensor itself is duff). I was a bit dubious at first because some experts doubted whether such a product could clean as far as the cat - but I thought at that price, I may as well give it a try. Basically, the car is now running smoothly again - I put 2 bottles through at a stronger concentration than recommended (about 1 1/2 times the strength) just to be sure - not sure if that was necessary, but my overall saving was about £1200. So it did work, at least for me, and it would also seem to be able to get as far as the catalytic converter.”
